Massive Attack Producer Neil Davidge Announces First Solo Album Slo Light For February 2014 Release

Neil Davidge, known for his work with Massive Attack as well as video game composition, has announced his first solo venture, Slo Light, to be released in February of 2014.

Slo Light is to feature a number of vocalists and will be promoted worldwide nearing its 2014 release. Davidge has been known for impeccable production and sonic clarity, as well as for co-producing Massive Attack‘s third album, Mezzanine, double-platinum international chart-topper which included “Teardrop” (best known as theme to Fox’ long-running medical drama House) and fourth LP 100th Window. Davidge also co-wrote and produced Heligoland, the band’s fifth studio album, which featured such vocalists as Damon Albarn, Hope Sandoval and Martina Topley-Bird. On top of work with Massive Attack, Davidge composed the Halo 4 soundtrack, which went on to become the highest charting video game soundtrack in history.
