British production and remix team Soulsavers announced yesterday on their Facebook page that they will be releasing a reissue of their 2003 debut album, “Tough Guys Don’t Dance” this Saturday, October 13, with five additional tracks.
The album is being offered through bandcamp.com on three platforms, vinyl, CD, and digital. Though, a digital copy is offered with the two physical forms. Pre-orders get a digital copy of the song “Love” instantly e-mailed, and those who buy the album on vinyl or CD will get their digital copy e-mailed on the 13th to have while waiting for their product to arrive.
As a wonderful treat for their fans, the band will be offering the bonus tracks as a separate order for those who already own the original album.
Soulsavers consists of duo Rich Machin and Ian Glover, and have had several notable names in the music industry feature on their four albums, including Screaming Trees and Queens of the Stone Age alum Mark Lanegan as lead singer on 2007 album “It’s Not How Far You Fall, It’s The Way You Land” and guest singer on 2009’s “Broken.” Their most recent album, “The Light the Dead See” features Depeche Mode’s Dave Gahan.
