Jon Stewart showed his true fandom as Thom Yorke and Flea sat across from him on The Daily Show last night. Beaming as he questioned the two on the formation of Atoms For Peace, Stewart displayed zero shame in admitting he’d be dancing off-camera “like a loser” while their band performed their set.
Atoms For Peace went on to play “Default”, off their debut Amok, released this February, and “Harrowdown Hill”, from Yorke’s 2006 solo The Eraser. The group had just kicked off their fall tour this week, in Philadelphia, making it their first stops following the secret show they played at Club Amok back in June. Check here for footage the band released of the set.
