Nine Inch Nails have released a new live EP exclusively on Spotify, another treat on a quickly growing list of streams and videos the band has put out in the last few months in promotion of their brand new album Hesitation Marks.
Trent and co. have been good to their fans lately. Hesitation Marks dropped just last week, but already fans are receiving some more new material. Well, sort of, if you consider previously unheard live tracks new material. Between some pretty epic performances, a special “audiophile” remastering of the new album for the discerning listener, and the actual album itself, it’s been an exciting year for the NIN crew.
The EP, released yesterday via Spotify, features four tracks of recently recorded live material from their performances this summer at Japan’s Fuji Rock Festival and Lollapalooza. Three of the four tracks are from Hesitation Marks, while the fourth, “Sanctified,” is from NIN’s seminal 1989 album Pretty Hate Machine. Give it a listen here.
