Since releasing their debut album, London-based indie rock band, Yuck, has had a very busy last couple of years. Take a peak at their latest release – a video of the band covering New Order’s “Age of Consent”.
Earlier this year, Yuck’s frontman, Daniel Blumberg, announced that he would be leaving the group to pursue his own solo efforts. With Blumberg gone, Yuck was forced to reevaluate and regroup – with guitarist Max Bloom stepping up to fill the role of frontman, and guitarist Ed Hayes taking Bloom’s spot. Yuck is now set to release their sophomore album, Glow & Behold, in October.
To give fans a taste for what they can expect on Yuck’s second album, the group has released a couple of singles – “Rebirth” and “Middle Sea” – and has now released a video of the band covering New Order’s “Age Of Consent,” a song from Power, Corruption & Lies. Directed by Michael Lawrence, the black-and-white video was shot at RAK Studios in London and shows the band’s new lineup. Take a peak, below.
