Fuck Buttons have recently released a remix of Moby’s “The Perfect Life” featuring The Flaming Lips’ frontman, Wayne Coyne.
Bristol-based, two-piece electronic group, Fuck Buttons, have recently remixed Moby and Wayne Coyne’s recent collaboration, “The Perfect Life”. While Moby and Coyne’s original has been criticized as “strummy, piano-splashed communal uplift in the mold of the Beatles’ ‘All You Need Is Love’ or John Lennon’s ‘Give Peace a Chance'”, Spin has referred to Fuck Buttons’ remix as as interpretation of the track that allows it to “Finally…hit us where it hurts so good”.
According to Fuck Buttons, the track will appear on their upcoming EP, The Perfect Life, alongside remixes by Moby himself and Andrew Weatherall.
