Queens of the Stone Age have just released a cover video of Arctic Monkeys’ “Why’d You Only Call Me When You’re High?” The QOTSA performance was featured on a recent BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge session.
For quite some time fans and band members of Queens of the Stone Age and Arctic Monkeys have had a mutual admiration for both groups’ body of work. From guest-appearances on numerous tracks, and continuously epic collaborations, it’s no wonder this new BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge session has caught the attention of fans and critics worldwide. For one, QOTSA gave a heartfelt and authentic performances of Arctic Monkeys’ “Why’d You Only Call Me When You’re High?” The new track is featured on the Monkeys’ new album AM, which is scheduled to release September 10th. Yesterday Arctic Monkeys released a full stream of AM via iTunes.
Queens of the Stone Age have continued to captivate and excite fans since the release of …Like Clockwork, which was released in June 2013 and debuted at No. 1 in countries around the world, including the US.
