The Pixies’ new EP, titled EP-1, is released today, the first album since Bam Thwok in 2004. Along with the 5 track EP comes a music video for the album’s song “Indie Cindy.”
This album follows the release of the band’s first song in nine years, “Bagboy,” which appeared late June. The Pixies lost their bassist Kim Deal two weeks before announcing their 2013 fall tour which launches September 29th in Paris, France. It has been announced that Pandoras’ ex-bassist Kim Shattuck has replaced Deal in the band.
EP-1 is available on the Pixies website, and can be purchased a variety of ways.
