Musicians Tegan and Sara partnered with Macklemore and Ryan Lewis at the Osheaga festival this past weekend. The artists took up the Montreal stage to perform “Same Love.”
The single is featured as an advocate for equal rights and marriage equality. This amazing performance caught all eyes and ears at the festival and around the world.
The message was also represented by this being the first time these artists have preformed this song on stage together.
Popular musicians Tegan and Sara recently performed at the Chicago festival Lollapalooza, and will continue on through the Fun. “Most Nights” North American tour.
