The Fratellis Announce Comeback Album We Need Medicine Set for October 2013 Release and Fall 2013 Tour Dates

Indie rock band The Fratellis are set to release their comeback LP, We Need Medicine, early this upcoming October.

After being on hiatus for the past four years, Fratellis are finally ready to release their first full-length album since 2008. Entitled We Need Medicine, the album will be precursored by a single, “Seven Nights Seven Days”, on September 29th; and followed by a 10-show tour in of the UK beginning in November.
