FIDLAR’s got a new music video out! And hey! Nick Offerman! Love that guy! And…alright, interesting…is that dog…wait, really? Good lord.
Don’t click on anything in this article if you’re at work. Please.
Hard-rock band and internet sensation FIDLAR is back, and in no uncertain terms. Their new song “Cocaine” – and its extremely NSFW accompanying video – is up and running on Funny or Die and, man, is it running. The Ron Swanson effect is in full swing, and over 100,000 viewers have already visited the page. Formed in Los Angeles, FIDLAR debuted strong in early 2013 with a well-received eponymous album under the Mom + Pop Music label. FIDLAR remains true to their Skate Punk, substance-slamming roots in “Cocaine” which is, once you get over that incredibly distracting video (might take a few viewings), a taut, shockingly catchy piece of work.
In any event, check it out. FIDLAR has absolutely no interest in being politically correct, but hey, that translates to absolutely no interest in being boring. Plus, Nick Offerman and his turgid…well, you’ll just have to watch. Don’t do it at work.
