Industrial metal group Godflesh has been on the rise back up for almost 3 years now, playing various shows and festivals all over the world. After releasing a deluxe remaster of their infamous Hymns, and announcing news of tour dates throughout the US this fall, it seems the rise is almost complete.
Godflesh, originated in Birmingham, England in 1988, got their official start with the coordination of guitarist Justin Broadrick and bassist G.C. Green. Over the years several band members have come and gone, but the impact the group has had on industrial metal is profound – most consider Godflesh a definitive pioneer of the genre.
Broadrick has stated a new album is in the works for the group, and they will be hitting the road this fall with the likes of Prurient, and Nails. Below is a listing of the planned tour dates thus far:
