This Thursday (June 6th), Broken Social Scene will be in NYC to perform on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, along with Feist, who has been a long time collaborator with and sometimes member of the musical collective.
They’ll be playing the song “Almost Crimes” from Broken Social Scene’s 2002 breakthrough album, You Forgot It In People, which Feist sings on. After the band’s performance on Fallon, Broken Social Scene will head to Toronto to play the Field Trip Music and Arts Festival (June 8th). The festival will be a celebration of the tenth anniversary of Arts & Crafts, BSS’s label, started by co-founder of the band, Kevin Drew. Feist will play the festival as well, after playing Governor’s Ball in NYC (June 7-9).
You can watch their performance on NBC at 12:35/11:35C, this Thursday June 6th.
