Lambesis was arrested earlier this month for offering $1,000 to an undercover police officer to murder his estranged wife, Meggan. The singer has since pleaded not guilty to the charges, and his bail has been set at $3 million.

As I Lay Dying were set to embark upon the 30-city tour with Killswitch Engage on May 30, but have today stated on their website:

In light of recent events, As I Lay Dying will unfortunately not be taking part in the upcoming tour with Killswitch Engage. Given the circumstances, we feel that it is best for the band to be off the road while the current situation gets sorted. We’d like to thank all of our fans for their ongoing support at this difficult time.

Lambesis will be back in court June 10, and his preliminary hearing is set for July 10.
