Antiquiet reports the Pantera front man is finally releasing material from his debut solo outing with the name Philip Anselmo & The Illegals. Anselmo has been one of the defining voices of heavy metal over the last twenty five years and his first solo song “Usuper Bastard’s Rant” will not disappoint fans of bone-crushing hard rock. “Usuper Bastard’s Rant” will appear on Philip Anselmo & The Illegals’ album Walk Through Exits Only which is due to be released on July 16th.
