Pygmalion Music Festival Releases 2013 Lineup Including Major Lazer, The Breeders, The Head and The Heart, and More

The line-up for the ninth annual Pygmalion Music Festival has been released. The festival is set to take place in Urbana and Champaign Illinois this September 26-28.

The ninth Pygmalion Music Festival will feature Major Lazer, The Breeders, The Head and The Heart, Kurt Vile and the Violators, and more. After a two year absence, the festival will return to the acoustically perfect Krannert Center for the Performing Arts, for its opening night. It will also continue its tradition of featuring concerts at outdoor venues including a two-stage all day show on Saturday in downtown Champaign.

In addition to being a music festival, this year Pygmalion will feature the Pygmalion Lit Fest, dedicated to promoting literature and the arts and crafts fair, The Made Fest.

Early Bird Festival passes go on sale Tuesday May 7, 2013 at 12 p.m. noon CDT and cost $70. The price will be increased to $85 once Early Bird passes are sold out.
