What may have been a side-project for Mars Volta guys Omar Rodriguez Lopez and Deantoni Parks has now become a main focus with the announcement of a Mars Volta hiatus. Terri Gender Bender of Le Butcherettes, and Nicci Kasper round out the group. You may find that their sound is familiar. The band originally toured as The Omar Rodriguez Lopez group, and have played a few shows austin-side in the past.
