For those of you who weren’t fortunate enough to go to SXSW this year, don’t fear, you can enjoy a 32 minute recording of the Death Grips Boiler Room set.
The performance was shot in HD by Ray-Ban x Boiler Room SXSW Warehouse Broadcast.
The band also recorded their video for the track “Lock Your Doors” from their most recent album No Love Deep Web. New technology aided in the recording of this video. Zach Hill and Stefan Burnett recorded the video using cameras they wore over their faces while on stage. It is suspected they wore Google Glasses type cameras.
This means, SXSW goers have a chance of being in the video if they can spot themselves in the crowd.
