If you didn’t nab a ticket in time, you can check Craigslist, but with this years lineup it’s doubtful anyone will want to miss Lolla 2013.
Lollapalooza sold every three-day pass within three hours of being on sale March 26. And all one-day and VIP passes, which went on sale earlier than the three-day passes, sold out within an hour. Although the official lineup had not been announced when tickets went on sale, fans were clearly banking that the leak was the real deal.
The official lineup was officially announced April 2. And for the most part, the leak had been accurate. The only additions to the official lineup were Dog Blood, Ghost B.C., Blondfire, Frontier Ruckus, and Bear Mountain.
The Chicago Tribune has reported that an agreement with the Chicago Park District caps the festival at 100,000 attendees. That is comprised by 80,000 three-day pass holders and 20,000 one-day passes.
