The all female post-punk group has announced the release of their first album Silence Yourself, slated for a May 7th delivery. In addition, the quartet has been on an international tour that is well underway.
Only a year and a half old, the post-punk rock band Savages have certainly hit the ground running, with their upcoming introductory album Silence Yourself to be released early this May. Impressively, the girls of Savages have also been playing sold out gigs in Europe as of late, and are scheduled to perform next month at none other than Coachella.
Savages plans to release Silence Yourself in LP, CD, and Digital formats on May 7th. In the meantime, they’ve released the single “She Will” off of their debut album, as a way to promote the album via a pre-order option which is available now on iTunes.
