Longwood Gardens, one of the country’s top botanical gardens, released their summer concert lineup earlier this week. Impressive names like The Beach Boys, Tony Bennett and Pat Benatar are quick to catch a reader’s eye. Along with those names is the indie-folk troupe Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros. The Los Angeles group look to keep busy this summer with a long list of dates spanning from the beginning of May to the middle of September. On August 29th, they stop at the 1,077 acre campus of Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA for a special one night performance. The venue is only a short 45 minute drive away from Philadelphia. With a back drop as beautiful as Longwood Gardens, it will make for the perfect scenery for a band that captures that laid-back, easy going summer feel like Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros do.
