Ex Cops Live at Manic Fest Destiny SXSW 2013

Stepping in to replace SISU who needed to drop out of their SXSW dates due to an emergency, were the stellar Ex Cops. Hailing from Brooklyn, live the band was five members strong. The band melds an artful mix of smooth harmonies and upbeat rock. Somehow impossibly both soothing and cathartic, the band was an excellent addition the early festivities. Singers Brian Harding and Amalie Bruun harmonize quite nicely together. Great band, great sound.
