After recording in random places that included someone’s living room and even a barn, experimental pop group TEEN is asking fans to help fund the recording of their next EP titled Carolina.
Using the fundraising platform Kickstarter, the Brooklyn group is attempting to raise $5,000 to help record the live EP at Strange Weather, a top of the line studio in their home town run by Daniel Schlett and Mark Goodwin. Money raised will also help with the mastering and production of physical copies. Funds raised above their goal will go towards their spring US and European tours. As with all Kickstarter projects, all funds will be returned to those who pledge should the group fail to raise the minimum amount. Click here if you would like to donate to this project.
