It’s already been a crazy, busy year for the former Philadelphia native Thomas Wesley Pentz aka Diplo. Major Lazer has a new album out in February and will be touring behind it. Diplo himself is working on a 17-verse remix of the mind-numbingly catchy hit “All Gold Everything” by Trinidad Jame$. And even though it was in the beginning of September, he also reported he was working on a song with the Gangnam master PSY and 2 Chainz. On January 20th he’s taking things to the next level by performing in 4 cities in one night. Diplo will be working his was up the east coast starting with Baltimore and ending in New York City. At roughly 9:30PM he will be stopping in his old stomping grounds at the city’s newest venue Soundgarden Hall. It will be interesting to see if the Dippers will be able to make it to each venue with the tight schedule planned.
