Philadelphia based experimental rock outfit Man Man will be venturing on a co-headlining North American tour in early 2013 with Murder By Death, starting February 7 in Washington, DC. The band is out in support of their Life Fantastic CD out now via Anti.
Beginning in 2003, Man Man is best known for their multi-instrumental style centering around lead singer Honus Honus and a variety of instruments the rest of the band plays, including a clavinet, sousaphone, saxophone, trumpet, baritone guitar, xylophone, and a French horn. Other unusual items including pots and pans, toy noisemakes, Chinese funeral horns, smashing plates and fireworks are also worked into their avant garde sound.
