Minneapolis indie hip hop collective Doomtree have announced that they will be releasing the very first feature full-length documentary about the group. The film is titled Team The Best Team.
Team The Best Team is a 70 minute film that chronicles the past year of all seven members of Doomtree. It follows the collective from the making of their album No Kings, through their annual Blowout and subsequent world tour as well their time spent at home in Minneapolis.
The documentary is directed by Chris Hadland and produced by Picture Machine Productions in association with Doomtree Records. It will see a DVD release on December 11th which is the same week as the group’s Blowout 8.
