We recently reported on Soundgarden’s upcoming album, King Animal. Until the November release, fans can indulge in the newly released single, “Been Away Too Long.” Listen to the single below.
King Animal is the first album to be released in 15 years, with the band only having been reunited for three years. The new single can be described as “a long-awaited homecoming for fans, a celebration of urban angst and rock.” The album will be released via Seven Four Entertainment and Republic Records. Even after all these years, long time friend of the band, Adam Kasper (Foo Fighters, Nirvana, Pearl Jam) helped to co-produce. Record mixing was done by Joe Barresi (The Melvins, Queens of the Stone Age, Weezer). View the cover art for the single below.
