Come the weekend of November 9-10 in Williamsburg is the 5th Annual Brooklyn Electronic Music Festival and the first part of the lineup has been announced. Read on for more details.
This “culturally stimulating and sonically satisfying” event, as described by the press release, will take place throughout the following venues: Music Hall of Williamsburg, Brooklyn Bowl, Public Assembly, Glasslands, Cameo, and The Villain Space.
BEMF is not simply exposing new and upcoming artists in the international dance music scene, but also this year “highlighting Brooklyn style,” as stated by Katie Longmyer, of MeanRed. The festival is also proudly featuring the local businesses of Brooklyn and advocating artistic expression. To help the idea along the way, there will be a food truck lot, several art experiences, and more. To get a better glimpse of what is to come this fall, watch the preview video below.
