Goldenvoice and Indigo, CA have inked a deal to keep Coachella and Stagecoach at their present location in the Coachella valley for an extended period of time.
Earlier this summer Goldenvoice threatened to move Coachella music festival to a new location in 2014. This was due to an 5-10 percent tax increase on tickets for concerts of 2,500 or more people. It seems that both sides have come to an agreement of sorts. Consequence of Sound reports that a long term deal is being signed between Goldenvoice and Indigo, CA that will keep Coachella and Stagecoach in the area for an extended period.
