Stream JJ Doom’s New Song “Guv’nor”

DOOM and Jniero Jarel’s collaborative album features guest appearances by Portishead’s Beth Gibbons, Goodie Mob’s Khujo and also Damon Albarn on a track called “Bite the Thong.” The duo, appropriately named JJ Doom, just released a new track called “Guv’nor” which is available for streaming below. The new record, Key to the Kuff, is set for release on August 20 through Lex Records.

Jneiro Jarel is a Brooklyn, NY-based alternative hip-hop artist who is most down for his abstract style and beat-making. He has worked with artists such as Jay-Z, TV on the Radio, Radiohead among othes. DOOM (formerly, MF DOOM), was born in England and raised in New York. His musical style is highly reflective of his multiple personas and employs a multi-syllable rapping delivery and esoteric lyrics.
