A$AP Mob Being Sued Over Fight At 2011 New York City Concert

A$AP Rocky and the A$AP Mob are facing legal charges for a NYC fight during a Fader Fort show that occurred last year. Apparently, the brawl transpired when Anthony Montalbano tried to move sound equipment that he claimed was being damaged during the Harlem group’s set. The lawsuit against the A$AP Mob, Sony Music Entertainment and Fader Media Network filed by Montalbano says that the Mob “beat the hell out of him on stage.” Montalbano received 10 stitches from his injuries and has not cited specific number for monetary reparation but according to the lawsuit filed, he is “seeking compensatory and punitive damages” for “negligent hiring, emotional distress and battery and negligence.”

The A$AP Mob was in another fight earlier this year on the final day of SXSW 2012.
