Agalloch Announce Summer 2012 Tour Dates

Portland, Oregon’s Agalloch will be doing a month’s worth of live shows this summer, beginning with a hometown show July 11^th. The tour consists of a set list of new and early material clocking between 90 to 120 minutes.

Taurus (featuring Stevie Floyd of Dark Castle and Ashley Spurgin, formerly of Purple Rhinestone Eagle) and various local openers selected by Agalloch will be taking part on the tour.

The band released their newest EP Faustian Echoes on their own Dammerung Arts label. The EP was recorded at Jackpot Studios in Portland, Oregon with producer Billy Anderson (Melvins, Sleep, Neurosis). Anderson mixed and Justin Weis (Ludicra, Hammers of Misfortune) mastered at Trakworx in San Francisco.

LP and CD versions of Faustian Echoes will only be available at the shows during the tour and through mailorder after the tour.
