Several sources claimed to have proof that the band spent time in New York recording at Electric Lady Studios. Heading the new project was supposedly producer Gus Oberg, who actually did contribute time to the 2011 album, Angles.
After confirmation from the band’s management, the sources stand corrected: the band is not recording in New York nor are they even working on a new album.
