New York post hardcore band Quicksand reunited at Revelation Records 25th anniversary show at the Glass House in Pomona, CA. This is the first time the band has played together since early 2000s.
Walter Schreifels formed the band following the demise of Gorilla Biscuits and starting Rival Schools. They took part of the first Warped Tour lineup in 1997 with such bands as L7 and Sublime. Quicksand broke up following the Warped Tour, reuniting in 1997 until eventually quitting in 1999.
