It was a night of Brooklyn duos with Sleigh Bells and Javelin hitting the grand stage at the Fox Theater. The electro hip-hop sound of Javelin’s Thomas Van Buskirk and George Langford got the restless Pomona crowd moving and warmed up for the evening’s headliner, break out artist Sleigh Bells. The duo of Alexis Krauss and Derek Edward along with touring guitarist Jason Boyer tore through their heavy, pop-filled set in front of a wall of Marshall Amps and arena lights.
