Frances Bean Cobain responds to her mothers claims that Dave Grohl attempted to seduce her.
Earlier this week Courtney Love went on another Twitter rant claiming Nirvana drummer and Foo Fighter front man Dave Grohl attempted to seduce her 19 year old daughter. Although Love’s Twitter account is private her accusations caused waves due to Grohl knowing Francis Bean Cobain since she was an infant.
Rolling Stone reports with Grohl’s official response:
Unfortunately Courtney is on another hateful Twitter rant. These new accusations are upsetting, offensive and absolutely untrue
Francis Bean Cobain also came out and made a statement, siding with Grohl. She says:
While I’m generally silent on the affairs of my biological mother, her recent tirade has taken a gross turn. I have never been approached by Dave Grohl in more than a platonic way. I’m in a monogamous relationship and very happy.
Twitter should ban my mother.
This isn’t the first time LOve has lashed out publicly at Dave Grohl and it probably won’t be the last.
