Pitchfork has just made some killer additions to Pitchfork Music Festival 2012, which takes place at Chicago’s Union Park July 13-15. The biggest lineup additions include Sleigh Bells, Dirty Projectors and Flying Lotus. More details after the jump.
Not only were Sleigh Bells, Dirty Projectors and Flying Lotus added, but Pitchfork has also pulled in Danny Brown, Clams Casino, the Olivia Tremor Control, Iceage, Purity Ring, The Men. Schoolboy Q and the Atlas Moth for the festival. For those who didn’t get a chance to see their original lineup, it included Vampire Weekend, Feist, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Hot Chip, AraabMUZIK, A$AP Rocky, the Field, Liturgy, Kendrick Lamar, Grimes, Cloud Nothings, Tim Hecker, and Willis Earl Beal.
Due to the popularity of the festival, three-day passes have already sold out. Fear not, you can still pick up a single-day ticket at $45 a pop here. Make sure to stay tuned because about 20 more acts will be announced in the near future.
