Black Francis and Violet Clark’s Grand Duchy have released details about their upcoming album Let The People Speak and have shared new single “Silver Boys” Find out more after the jump.
Married couple Black Francis (of the Pixies) and Violet Clark are prepping the release of their newest album Let The People Speak. This follows 2009’s Petits Fours and the Love Sick EP. Some of the songs were written by Clark while Francis was on tour with the Pixies but Francis explains the album is a work of confidence between the two: “For Violet, the confidence of finding one’s voice; for me the confidence to be more submissive”. It sounds like this is a married couple at work.
