And So… SXSW Party at Spider House

Friday, March 16th

Spider House (29th st. Ballroom)

No RSVP or Wristbands req. Free Entry, all ages.

The 3rd annual And So… SXSW party will take place at Spider House on Friday, March 16th. Featured this year are a heavy-duty handful of great names in music, and comedy from Oakland, Los Angeles, Portland, Seattle, Chicago, Minneapolis, Detroit, Brooklyn, Washington DC, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Toronto, Montreal, Halifax, Calgary, Vancouver, Mexico City, Paris, London, Melbourne, and Texas localites from Denton, and Austin. This event essentially resembles something more of a mini festival than a SXSW party. Four stages in total, and a full days worth of  lineup from noon to past midnight. There’s lots of bands to get excited over this year, including Sleepy Sun, Thee Oh Sees, Austin locals The Strange Boys, Young Prisms, and many more. Whether hanging around for a few bands, or spending the day away, the And So… party seems like a good time. It’s also refreshing that there’s no hassle involved as is the norm with most SXSW events. Here, showing up whenever, and rocking out however is the norm. More info on the event, and any lineup additions can be found via the fb page.
