Mastodon is comprised of Troy Sanders, Brent Hinds, Bill Kelliher, and Brann Dailor, and they have released five full-length albums.  The group is known for their unique blending of clean and distortion-heavy instrumental work along with their complex harmonies and instrumentals.

Tim Biskup was thrilled to work with Mastodon, commenting that “the band’s aesthetic has always been interesting and inspiring to me and I think what I do aligns with their music.”  Dailor echoed this enthusiasm, “The opportunity to work with him was unique and very special for us.”

The song “Dry Bone Valley” is the groups second single from their album The Hunter and has received much acclaim from Rolling Stone, Spin, Revolver, and Decibel. The collaborative video “Dry Bone Valley” grapples with the meaning of life and death in a symbolic and metaphorical fashion.
