As previously reported, former LCD Soundsystem frontman James Murphy had a supporting role in The Comedy, alongside Tim Heidecker. The film was just recently screened at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival. Check out a clip from the film after the jump, via Pitchfork:

The clip depicts Heidecker and Murphy in a taxi, with Murphy at a loss for words as Heidecker agitates their poor taxi driver with hilarious, yet undeniably verbally abusive songs and antics.
