Watch: Still Corners’ “Into the Trees”

English dream pop group Still Corners have released new video in support of their Sub Pop-label debut, Creatures of an Hour. Check out the video for “Into the Trees” after the jump.

The video was directed by Ollie Murray, who is fresh off of his work with The Horrors“Still Life” video. In “Into the Trees,” Murray combines home nature footage with ethereal images of the band, complimenting the dreamy pop soundscapes that Still Corners is known for.

“We’re trying to create an atmosphere rather than just being a band,” says songwriter/producer Greg Hughes in an interview with Under the Radar.

Creatures of an Hour, the band’s debut full-length studio album, was released on October 11 of this year. They’ve also released several EPs and singles: “Remember Pepper?” in 2007, and two in 2010 “Don’t Fall in Love/Wish,” and “Gruff Trade feat. Endless Summer.”

The Seattle-based Sub Pop label handled Creatures of an Hour, and Still Corners joins groups like Nirvana, Soundgarden, and Mudhoney under their umbrella.
