Guns N’ Roses, Beastie Boys, and Red Hot Chili Peppers Inducted into Hall of Fame

Three of the most popular music groups of the past few decades are getting recognized by the Cleveland Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Read on to find out more.

Next May, an HBO special will air showing, Guns N’ Roses (“Welcome to the Jungle”), Red Hot Chili Peppers (“Give it Away”), the Beastie Boys (“Intergalactic”), and others, all receiving accolades for their musical contributions. Other recipients include, Donovan (“Mellow Yellow”), Laura Nyro (who penned, “And When I Die”), The Small Faces (“Stay With Me”), guitarist Freddie King, songwriter Don Kirshner, Cosimo Matassa (J&M Records), Tom Dowd (scientist turned Atlantic Records producer), and producer Glyn Johns.
