As previously reported, Anthrax and Testament announced a co-headline tour in the fall, beginning the first leg in October. The second leg of the tour has been announced, and will kick off in Las Vegas on January 22 and send the bands, including Death Angel as main support, to some fifteen cities including Louisville, Asheville, Baltimore, and Philly.

Anthrax hadn’t toured in nearly a decade before drummer Charlie Benante and guitarist Scott Ian decided to get the remaining members- guitarist Rob Caggiano, bassist Bob Bello and vocalist Joey Belladonna-back together for the Big Four festival in spring 2011.
The tour coincided with the release of the bands highly anticipated 2011 album Worship Music, and featured the classic-era vocalist Belladonna, who hadn’t done a record with his bandmates in 20 years. Worship Music was also the band’s first studio album since 2003’s We’ve Come For You All.
