Wild Flag will continue touring in support of their self-titled debut album in 2012. The tour began November 10 in Portland, OR, with new series of March and April dates in the U.S. and Australia, as well as hitting the U.K. in December, January and February, before closing out April 5 in Chicago at the Metro.
The Portland all-girl group is composed of ex Sleater-Kinney members Carrie Brownstein (vocals, guitar) and Janet Weis (drums), who joined up with Helium’s Mary Timony (vocals, guitar) and The Minders’ Rebecca Cole (keys) in September 2010.
