Sonic Youth guitarist Lee Ranaldo is releasing his solo album Between the Times and Me on March 20 via Matador.
Contributors to this album include Jim O’Rourke, Sonic Youth drummer Steve Shelley, former SY drummer Bob Bert, Nes Cline of Wilco, Alan Licht, John Medeski, and bassist Irwin Menkin.
Ranaldo played his debut show as the opening act for Wild Flag at The Bellhouse in Brooklyn earlier in October, and will be joined again in New York by Alan Lict, Steve Shelley and Irwin Menkin to perform December 16 at Gasslands Gallery.
