Marketa Irglova, one member of the Academy Award-winning due The Swell Season, has released the video for “Crossroads,” the first single from her debut solo album, Anar.
“The song is about standing at a crossroad and realizing that there is no right and wrong, only our personal perception of it and the lens we chose to look at the situation through,” she says.
The Swell Season gained attention in 2007 for their appearance in the film Once. Irglova has been pursuing her solo career since last year, and this video marks some of her first solo efforts.
