Radiohead hit the big apple for the season premier of Saturday Night Live recently, where they played “Lotus Flower” from King of Limbs, and the until-then unreleased track “Staircase”. The band will be finishing up their New York trip by performing at the Roseland Ballroom on September 28 and 29.
After a joking Colbert tries to elicit some laughs out of the Brits by poking fun at the “British invasion” of bands like the Beatles and the Stones, the band played “The Daily Mail,” “Bloom,” “Little by Little,” and “The National Anthem,” as well as a web-only performance of “Codex” and “Morning Mr Magpie.”
