Feist, the canadian singer-songwriter who graced the airwaves a few years back with her joyful jingle “1,2,3,4” is playing a star-studded show October 8 at Toronto’s Glen Gould Studio featuring Jeff Tweety of Wilco, Ed Droste of Grizzly Bears, the Constantines’ Bry Webb, the Hidden Cameras’ Joel Gibb, Mocky, Doug Paisley, and many others in support of her forthcoming album, Metals. The tour kicks off in Toronto before sending the singer to Europe and the United States, finishing in Quebec in December. Metals ( Crabtree/Interscope) is the follow up to Feist’s 2007 offering The Reminder, and is due for release October 4.
