In response to sizable demand—including two sold-out shows in Brooklyn and Los Angeles— Brazilian-born musician Amon Tobin‘s debut American tour, Tobin ISAM Live, has added additional tour dates to their upcoming fall lineup. A second Brooklyn date has been added, as well as new stops in Boulder and Vancouver.
These live shows draw from the concept of Tobin’s most recent album, ISAM, and will feature complex visual elements designed to compliment the audio experience of ISAM.
The visual elements of the show features a 25′ x 14′ x 8′ multi-dimensional/shape shifting 3-D art installation designed to envelope artist and audience in a one-of-a-kind HD audio/visual experience.
The installation has been designed to compliment ISAM as a visual score, created by the joint efforts between Tobin and Vello Virkhaus of Leviathian.
With two major tour markets sold out, fans are encouraged to pick up tickets while they are available. The addition of three additional shows will give American audiences three more chances to experience Tobin’s full audio and visual vision live.
